Senator Harry Reid Doesn't Understand The Concept Of Voluntary

I don't know about you folks, but anyone this obtuse doesn't belong in Our [We The People's] Congress. In an interview with Jan Helfeld, Senator Harry Reid stated that we have "A Voluntary Tax System" and actually defended that stance with the most convoluted and complex sophistry that I have ever heard.
