"The Phariseaical Liberal Mindset."

Recently, while surfing the web, I dropped in at Harrison Price's blog site: "Just Politics..?." As he has a very unique style and wit, I frequently do so - to my own personal benefit. The article that caught my undivided attention, this time, entitled: "Examining My Country, Right or Wrong" is both logically presented and extremely well written. In it, he shares the popular misconceptions of many [currently] disenfranchised Americans. He firmly envisions the debate as revolving around the two issues of: "Liberalism" verses "Conservatism...."

Whereas, many of my more loyal readers already know, The Two Dominant Political Parties are neither: "Liberal," nor "Conservative" - by any qualitative, or quantitative, unit of political and statistical measure. Liberalism holds no higher: Ideal, Goal, Aim, or Purpose than protecting the Freedoms and Rights of the Individual Citizen, or Solitary Human. Its root, which is Liberty, literally means "Individual and Personal Freedom." Since "Social Empowerment" must necessarily occur at the expense of The Individual's Own Freedoms and Rights, such Democrat Policies are [factually] "Anti-Liberal!"

Who Are The Domestic Terrorists - In America Today

Considering all of the talk about Domestic Terrorism and the numerous allusions to American Terrorists - by our governmental leaders and the mainstream media - it seems quite relevant to properly nail down the subject of: "To whom are they commonly referring...." Since FEMA has quietly budgeted numerous covert infrastructural projects over the last ten years - while our roads and bridges were openly deprived of equally important and necessary funding - the national threat must be significant! Meanwhile, as Patriotic Americans, we must be ever vigilant in upholding our Freedoms from those who would [honestly] endanger them. Consequently, "We The People " must remain ever vigilant to such threats.

I [for one] will not stand for the scourge of Terrorism being inflicted upon: myself, my family, or my community - in the name of Allah, or anyone else! This is The Land of: Freedom, Brotherhood, and Equality - lest, we forget it... and I, like all of you, have certain expectations of maintaining that Enlightened American Ideal. Therefore, let us consider their most recent political references - in an effort to gain some much-needed insight into this very important question!

The American Dream - Or A Self-Deceptive Hallucination

When I was a child - in the late 1960's and the early 1970's - America was at it's: political, industrial, and economic zenith. Nowhere on Earth, were: the buildings taller, the living standards higher, or the rules by which people must extensively operate in society any easier. In those days, being born an American, offered certain societal advantages and privileges - which nowhere [else] upon Earth could be found! Thus, many of us took a certain rightfully-excessive pride in our Nation.

We were the unopposed world leader in: heavy industry, technology, medicine, and commerce! Almost half of all new inventions were American made... our products were being shipped to every corner of the globe... and our managers and executives were sought after from Tokyo to Moscow. Executives from across our planet, toured our: military bases, factories, and farms - taking notes everywhere they went - to learn new and more productive ideas from the unique American style of conducting "The Business of business."

April 15th Is Tax Tea Time Again

As April 15th rushes upon us, many Americans are preparing to flood our streets in protest over a government grown considerably beyond any acceptable standards of political constraint! Once again, they will be castigated by our governmental agencies as: Ignorant, Racist, and Anarchist Terrorists... when they merely want our own government to: pay attention, listen to their serious concerns, and show some semblance of interest in addressing their [honest] concerns.... It was for those very reasons that: Freedom Of Speech, A Right To Assembly, and The Petition Of Grievances was thoroughly enthroned in Our Constitutional Laws - as being God-Given and not subject to any State or Federal Jurisdiction at all!

Meanwhile, we again may expect our National Media to either: largely ignore these growing protests, or continue to slant them politically [as something which they are not]! Who can forget the CNN Reporter last year, that expended far more effort in hurling unfounded insults at the crowd, than actually inquiring into the actual motivation of the immensely large crowds? Of course, why ask such questions, when you already know the politically correct answers - you are intending to report upon before you even begin taping? Such a travesty in America, where "Freedom Of The Press" was once so hotly contested, by all!

Is The Gadsden Flag A Symbol Of Hate

Recently, in The State of Connecticut, a state representative was threatened with arrest for attempting to raise  The Gadsden Flag at a Tea Party Event in Hartford on April 9th. Such foolish political occurrences should be [honestly] regarded as, American History - in the making! Thankfully, I have finally located a video confirmation of this event online. Meanwhile, according to the reporter reporting it [previously]: "The Gadsden Flag" was:

• An Anti-Governmental Flag.
• And Represented Hatred and/or Hate Speech.

However, we can [in fact] locate very accurate information on this particular Patriotic and Lawful American Flag... and, in stark contrast to that ill-informed statement, The Gadsden Flag has always been flown as a symbol of proper lawful petition toward the absolute protection of Our Constitutional Freedoms and Rights from Unlawful Tyranny - whether Foreign or Domestic in its overall nature! Moreover, as it was our very first symbol of True Freedom and Equality Under The Law, it has never been used to signify Hatred or Hate Speech, per se`!

Equality [In Fact] Under The Law

Every American knows, that there is equality [in fact] - under The Law of Our Land; so why does the law continue to factually deny it?

• Quote: "In view of The Constitution, in the eye of the law, there is in this country no superior, dominant, ruling class of citizens. There is no caste here. Our Constitution is color-blind, and neither knows nor tolerates classes among citizens. In respect of civil rights, all citizens are equal before the law. The humblest is the peer of the most powerful." - John Marshall Harlan.

If a person born into the United States becomes A United States Citizen - upon turning eighteen - with "All Rights and/or Privileges Thereunto..." and if, "No State may abridge the Rights and/or Privileges of any citizen of these United States..." and if, "Discrimination by age is both Constitutionally and Statutorily illegal," then by what lawful dispensation are those citizens between 18 and 21 being deprived a whole host of their Rights and Privileges - under the various Federal and State laws?

Bear in mind, that this article isn't solely about drinking.... In fact, there are highly numerous and even more serious violations of these citizen's Rights and Privileges... and yet, if there was only one minor violation, then such instances would be most worthy of vociferous political notice, or loudly and hotly contested debate! For, that which can be unlawfully taken from one, can more readily be taken from all - by those very same political leaders.

The Freedom To Pursue Happiness

Only a great and wise people can recognize, A Person's Individual "Right To Make Very Bad Decisions!"

Throughout our American History, the vast majority of our God-given Rights and Freedoms have been protected only by social convention and common sense, rather than codified or common law. However, this was not because these Rights and Freedoms were considered unimportant, or of any lesser value than those - which were expressly documented into the Constitution. In fact, the complete opposite was true! Many of these, were considered of such universal importance, and so unanimously understood [by our common society and culture] - that no one-ever [honestly] conceived of any right minded individuals arguing against them.

Such was the case, with: "The Freedom To Pursue Happiness..." for, it is [and was] the most fundamental and foundational Right of all! In fact, it is the actual basis for all of our other Freedoms - in their various derivative forms. It is the one massive bulwark of tantamount importance enshrined in our original "Declaration Of Independence" - before any other legal American document was written! And yet, The Freedom To Pursue Happiness is the single least understood, most ignored, and most frequently disrespected freedom - today!

Constitutional Law

The Mark of a Truly Great Society is how well that they obey their own laws.

Every society must have laws in order to properly function. These laws are written in various ways to set objective parameters - wherein each individual may function to the mutual benefit of all parties subjected to the common social contract. They assign Individual Freedoms and Rights, set Standards of Social Responsibility and provide a framework for reasonable and/or appropriate penalties in dealing with those who operate outside of acceptable and clearly defined social boundaries.

The foundational basis for all other legal applications is known as A Constitution. Thus, the "United States Constitution" is the legal framework [ or the social contract] upon which all other codified laws in the United States depend. As the foundation upon which everything else is built, this document must be treated with the utmost reverence and respect.... In effect, it stands alone as a sacred and covenanted object whose precepts and statutes may only be ignored or discarded at the risk of American Societal Destruction!

Some Claim That Greed Is The Problem With Capitalism

Modern Americans, like many others around the world, think that, “Greed is the problem with Capitalism…” Some, few, are even wise enough to understand that Greed is only a problem when taken to extremes or excess… but, very few indeed, possess any true insight into the true and very real nature of the problem. Greed has never been a problem for Capitalism, at all…. It is a problem for Humanity, alone!

Capitalism has never been greedy! It is the [mere] mechanical process, or factual underlying instrument, of our common and altogether human existence. It neither: wishes to factually bless us, nor to inflict any intentional harm. Capitalism is inherently “Neutral” with respect to our personal human relations, and treats us all: equally, fairly, and impartially - under its utterly principled and God-given laws! Nor, could it conceivably do [through any means] otherwise.

What Exactly Is Individual And Personal Freedom:

Personal Freedom  is the God-given right  of the individual to make: bad, wrong, and/or foolish choices, with respect to their-own person’s: self, property, and/or other inherently personal assets… and, like all rights [God-given or not], Personal Freedoms may only properly extend in the jurisdictions of that sole individual. Any action - which results in tangible harm - being wrought upon other individuals, or society in general, is actually a jurisdictional infraction and punishable by effective societal law.

Although, this may seem a strangely “negative way” of conceptually phrasing such a “socially positive” philosophical concept, there are very good reasons for my having done so! Since every society in existence is composed of numerous and divergently thinking individuals, there will always be more than one given opinion [or perceptual understanding] on any given individual subject. Therefore, every conceivable thought, decision, or personal action humanly possible is either perceptually: bad, wrong, and/or foolish in the eyes of many more all-knowing others.

Land Of The Free And Home To The Brave

The certain societal occurrences in South Carolina , over the past few days, have brought up a very important political question; for everyone to properly consider. That being: “precisely what is the appropriate action, when our laws [or our lawmakers] are denying us the very Freedoms and Rights , which we have been entrusted to protect for ourselves and our eventual offspring?” Nor, is this merely an idle question… for the time may soon come, when all of us are invariably confronting this decision!

Personally, I - as a spiritually minded Christian - have chosen non-violence , loud vocal-compliance, and electoral petition as my primary means to accomplish much-needed change; rather than civil disobedience, or even physical insurrection. However, dependent upon the degree, severity, or situationally necessitated practicality: I still reserve those proper rights, as well – for [appropriate] steps two and three. A matter, as simple, as mere State registration, however, doesn’t rise to those heightened political levels!

Do Third Parties Steal Votes....

The very question: “Do third party candidates "steal" votes from the other two parties,” is an extremely arrogant one on the part of the [majority] political parties. The “stealing” of anything, absolutely requires the offended party to actually possess a valid claim to some sort of “ownership!” In a society of Freemen, such a claim cannot even be proven over other members of the same ideological party… and if it could, we wouldn’t have any necessity for political primaries, at all.

What the arrogant, pompous, and elitist, career politicians forget is that: “every valid claim to ownership requires an honest physical effort on the part of someone to honestly ‘earn’ it!” As much as I might want the house down the street, I cannot fault the Realtor for selling it to someone willing to pay the going the price, rather than [merely] handing it over to me; for free. Meanwhile, the same natural laws are honestly displayed in situational politics by the voting electorate. When a candidate’s character is judged deficient [by his peers], his political platform is way less than desired [by most], and/or his past political record has been derided [as an ongoing political failure], he hasn’t earned anything in the eyes of the electorate.

Free Market Governance

A little over 200 years ago, our enlightened ancestors - The Founding Fathers - devised a system of governance, which was fundamentally different from any other devised by man; either before, or since. "The Great Experiment," as Lincoln later referred to it, was a beneficial Union of Interdependent and Sovereign American States. It was designed in such a way as to: "Protect the general welfare [i.e.. protect individual freedoms]," "Ensure the domestic tranquility [i.e.. ensure political and societal stability]," and promote the concept of Free Market Government!

Free Market Government is not only a uniquely American concept, it is [also] the greatest single concept ever devised by man! Its practical application: ensured the maximization of Personal Freedom to its individual citizens [while providing a much-needed common political and societal framework to operate under] , spurred valuable innovation in the area of governmental services [while inspiring necessary economy and efficiency in government], and elevated respect for the due process of law [while providing a peaceable and beneficial mechanism of escape from oppressive regulations and/or restrictions on the part of individual governments]. All the individual citizen need merely do is to take up his things and simply walk away! In an ever evolving diversity of Individually Sovereign States, there would always be others more to his liking somewhere... and if not, then he [along with the numerous others, so politically inclined] could start his own - more to his own liking.
